TIP: “THINK LESS”

Throughout my burnout, I continued to suffer from thoughts in my head.

I could spend hours thinking about what had happened to me, how to get out of this, you name it.


Thinking was sometimes more of an occupation than it was really useful.


This month I give attention to the phenomenon of thinking.
