WHAT DOES THE TEAM LOOK LIKE?

It’s good to look in the mirror once in a while. To ask yourself, what exactly am I looking at and what am I thinking.

A team is no different. By regularly observing the team from a distance, you often see different things than when you are very close to the team. Especially in the delusion of the day, it can happen that you no longer have some things so sharp.

Occasionally ask yourself:

– why is the team there

– what is the use of the team

– why is this team so composed

– what are the goals of the team

– in what state and phase is the team

Can help to look at the team differently and therefore see different things.

Also, in the context of the energy flows within a team, it is very useful to occasionally look at how these are locatedand where there are problems. Energy leaks can occur in many places in the team, without you immediately realizing it.

In the context of burnout prevention, I have described below five themes that I think can help to detect and prevent unnecessary energy leaks.

1) COMPOSITION OF THE TEAM

2) STAGE OF GROUP FORMATION

3) BORDERS FOR ALL

4) INFORMAL LEADERS

5) SHEEPS OR BEES

If you miss another theme, let me know and I’ll write it.
