There comes a time in your recovery when you go back to work. You are already well on your way in Phase 1, you have made changes and gained some energy.
When you’re ready, it’s a good idea to look at this section as well. Phase 2 is about returning to the workplace and what you can encounter. I have also devoted several themes to what you can do to make the return as successful as possible.
Phase 2 is clearly written for someone with a burnout, but it can also be read well by an employer, team leader or colleague. This gives a good idea of what is going on and where they can contribute to your recovery.
