THIS IS SO EASY

In this piece I am going to show that it is very easy to do things that make everyone happy and that positively influence the atmosphere in the team.

You may be surprised how simple this is, but also how annoying it is if we leave this behind.

Under the motto: “everything that gets attention grows” I want to draw attention to this. Simple and simple actions that benefit the atmosphere.

I have chosen 4 themes, hopefully your team already does this. If not, get started. You will notice that this is positively received and affects the atmosphere in the team.
